How we work
- Check the list first
We confirm who agreed to hear from you and leave everyone else out. Your unsubscribes stay in step with your store.
- Set up your sending
Email goes out from your own domain, with the sender records that mail providers look for.
- Send carefully
Older addresses go out in small batches. We watch bounces and complaints, and remove addresses that fail.
- Count the orders
Tracked links and discount codes show which emails led to a sale. Opens and clicks alone can mislead, because some email security tools click links automatically.
What we can set up
- Occasion reminders. Birthday and anniversary reminders, with a one-use code for each customer.
- Review requests. Sent after delivery, and skipped for orders where asking would feel wrong, such as sympathy flowers.
- Cart reminders. A reminder to people who started an order and didn't finish.
- Come-back offers. A reason to return for customers who haven't ordered in a while.
- Seasonal campaigns. Planned early for your busy dates, in a design that stays readable in dark mode.
It works alongside SEO and Google Ads. They bring new people in, and email brings them back.
Questions
How much does email marketing cost?
It's quoted once we've seen your list and which emails you want, because a shop with a few reminders needs far less than one sending monthly campaigns to a large list.
Do I keep my email list?
Yes. Your customer list stays yours, and you can take it with you if you leave.
Can you email my old customer list?
Only people who agreed to hear from you. We check that first, then send older lists in small batches and remove addresses that bounce. Australian spam law requires consent and a working unsubscribe link.
Can you guarantee my emails reach the inbox?
No. Nobody controls every inbox. We send from your own domain, set up the sender records, and keep the list clean, which all help.
