  1. Delivery windows

    Morning / afternoon / evening slots per zone, with a capacity cap per slot so the van isn't overbooked. Shown in the same stepper; written to the order.

  2. Run sheets

    Tomorrow's orders grouped by zone and window, printable or sent to the driver's phone, with a tick-off that updates the order.

  3. Pick-up slots

    Timed collection bookings with a per-slot cap, so the counter isn't swamped at 5 pm on Valentine's Day.

  4. Courier hand-off

    Push the delivery date and window to the couriers Melbourne florists actually use.
