How it works
- See what's due
New orders appear on a live board with their dates and delivery details, so the team can see what to make next.
- Scan when it's made
Scan the order's barcode at the bench, or tap it on the board.
- The customer hears about it
The buyer gets an order-made email after a short delay, so a mistaken scan can be undone before anything is sent.
- Keep a record
Your team can look up when each order was made and sent, with its photo.
What's included
- Order board and scan station. One screen for the workshop, updated as orders come in.
- Order-made emails. Sent to the buyer and never to the recipient, with plainer wording for sympathy and get-well orders.
- Photo app. An Android app for photographing a finished order and sending it to the buyer, with a short window to cancel.
- Staff records. A PIN-protected page to search past orders and their photos, and resend a photo if needed.
Delivery dates and cut-offs at checkout are handled by Dispatch, our delivery date app, which isn't available to install yet.
Questions
How much does order management cost?
It's quoted once we've seen how your shop works, because each setup is matched to your products, delivery areas and team.
Does it work with my store?
It's designed to connect to any store platform. Tell us what you use, and we'll confirm what's involved before you commit.
Does the person receiving the gift get these emails?
No. Order-made emails go to the buyer, so a surprise stays a surprise.
Do I need special equipment?
A screen for the board is enough to start. A barcode scanner or a phone with a built-in scanner makes marking orders faster.
