Google Ads

Google Ads management for local businesses.

We manage your ads against one number: the most you can afford to pay for a sale or an enquiry. You keep the account, and you can see exactly where the money went.

How we work

  1. Set the limit first

We work out what a sale or an enquiry is worth to you and the most you can pay for one. That number decides what stays on and what gets switched off.

  2. Track sales, not clicks

We set up conversion tracking so a click can be followed through to an order, a call or a form. Without it, nobody can tell which ads are paying for themselves.

  3. Check search terms every week

Google shows the searches that triggered your ads. We read them each week and block the ones that will never buy, such as people looking for jobs, free versions or DIY guides.

  4. Plain monthly report

You see what you spent, what it brought in, what each sale cost, what we changed and why.

What we do

Questions

How much does Google Ads management cost?

Our management fee is A$600 to A$1,200 a month plus GST, depending on how many campaigns you run and how much you spend. A one-off setup fee is quoted first. What you pay Google for clicks is separate.

How much should I spend on ads?

It depends on what a click costs in your market and what a sale is worth to you. We work that out with you first. If the budget is too small to learn anything from, we'll say so.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do. The account is in your name and on your card, and we work in it with manager access. If you leave, the account and its history stay with you.

Should I run Google Ads or do SEO?

They do different jobs. Ads can bring clicks soon after they go live but stop when you stop paying. SEO is slower to start but keeps working after the page is built. Many local businesses run ads while their SEO builds.

Can you guarantee sales from Google Ads?

No. Nobody can promise sales or a set position. We can tell you what each sale costs, what we changed and what we'd try next, and we'll tell you if ads aren't paying for themselves.
